These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the anymatic.io website and all products sold by Anymatic ("we", "us", "our"), including plugins, tools, and digital content (collectively, "Products"). By purchasing or using any Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the Product on up to 2 devices that you own, for your personal or commercial projects.

Free versions of our Products, where available, are provided under the same terms, at no cost, with a limited feature set.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use our Products in videos, motion graphics, and creative projects for yourself or your clients.
  • Use our Products in commercial projects (YouTube, social media, broadcast, client work).
  • Install a Product on up to 2 computers that you personally use.

The final rendered output is yours — Anymatic imposes no restrictions on your creative output.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key.
  • Share any Product, preset, or asset as downloadable content, stock, templates, or tools.
  • Use a single license for multiple users — each user needs their own license.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any Product.
  • Use any Product in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes calculated by Paddle. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing purchases are not affected.

6. Updates

Paid Products include lifetime updates at no additional cost, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We may release new major versions as separate Products, which would not be covered by an existing license.

7. Intellectual Property

Anymatic retains all rights, title, and interest in its Products, including all intellectual property rights. Your purchase grants a usage license, not ownership of the software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any Product will be error-free or compatible with all system configurations. Supported platforms and software versions are listed on each product page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anymatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the plugin and delete all copies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
